We use SF Express PAY ON ARRIVAL (recipient pays the delivery fee upon arrival of goods).
Standard SF rates are 1kg HK$30 / 2kg HK$42. Please visit SF Express for more information.

Order arrival time is estimated 2-5 business days.
Order Tracking will be notified to customer.

In case of failed first delivery:
If the recipient is unavailable to receive the package on first SF delivery and package is returned to us, recipient is responsible for the cost of re-delivery. If re-delivery is needed, customer will be responsible to settle the fees of first failed delivery and re-delivery charge.
