The secret to the Virtuoso’s consistent, smooth grind is two-fold: an efficient DC motor keeps your beans cool, even during extended grind times, while a combination of electric and gear speed reducers slow the burr to 450 RPM, ensuring a smooth bean feed and reducing noise, heat and static buildup. As Coffee Products: beans, capsules and pods have an expiry date and are perishable items, allΒ coffee products are sold "as is" and can not be refunded. However, in some cases exchanges are welcome.

Exchange requested only apply to items that areΒ not used or expired, undamaged and with unopened packaging. Items are expected to be in the exact same condition as when you received it, and is in the original box and/or packaging with all tags, if any.

If shipping delivery is used in case of exchanges or refunds, courier charges and any additional feesΒ will be borne by customer applicable. We will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred in the process of shipping items back to us.
